*$375.00 - Uncontested Case
*Uncontested case includes preparation and filing of complaint, default judgment, writ and sheriff's instructions for lock out. Costs of filing, service and enforcement are not inclued in this fee. Please contact our office for a current list of costs and fees. Contested cases cost an additional $250-$350 depending on court and location. Complex matters require an additional fee agreement.
