Kevin Kump has practiced law in California for twenty-two years. He has represented many financial institutions, businesses, landlords and individuals. From 1999 to 2004, he acted as Vice President and Legal Counsel for Wachovia Bank fka WFS Financial, Inc., a large, national auto lender. From 2006 to spring 2008, Mr. Kump was employed as Legal Counsel for BBVA Bancomer USA, part of the BBVA international banking group and one of the twenty largest banks in the world.
